Grace Cayless

I am a junior at Emory, majoring in Anthropology & Human Biology with a minor in Global Health. I joined Dr. Lonsdorf’s lab in my second year, working with health data and creating health records for individual chimpanzees, before transitioning to the mother-infant data set. Currently, I’m interested in examining risks faced by chimpanzee infants at Gombe, including kidnapping, infanticidal attacks, and health issues. Post-graduation, I hope to pursue an MSc in primatology/biological anthropology.
